I bought the program Recuva Installed it, but when I try to enter the activation key, it shows an error: “An error occurred while activating your product.”
I honestly don’t know what to do anymore or whom to contact. Could you please advise me?
Being honest the Free version of Recuva does exactly the same as the paid for version. (Apart from recovery from ‘virtual’ drives which is a pretty specialist use).
In effect you are only paying for support by email. (And you can usually get free help here on the forum anyway).
If you would like to give us more details of what it is you are wanting to recover, how it was ‘lost’, and what kind of drive it was lost from (SSD. HDD, etc), is it in your computer or an external drive … then we can advise what to do to have the best chance of recovery, and how likely a recovery attempt may be.
