problems with update ccleaner

dear forum

since last week the update v.5.70.7909 (64 bit) for ccleaner no longer works. What is the problem and how do I solve it? 

I have been using your program for years and this was the best program for me to remove redundancies from my computer


When I want to install the update, I get the following message:


cannot access the specified device, path, or file.


You may not have the correct access permissions for the item

Is there anyone who can help me to fix this problem

What anti virus are you using? Is it up to date?

Are you using Windows 10?

I use the the virus scanner from windows 10 and the virusscanner is up todate (windows defender)
