Problems with my account SINCE installing Pro Version!?

Hi I very recently thought it was about time I repaid the team that have looked after me for SEVERAL years and so bought the PRO version of CCLEANER. I had problems from the start and I thought I had eventually got it so the programme worked. Obviously not! I am now on around about the fourth or fifth time of having to download a new build of CC. Now this was I thought supposed to be automatically done? BUT again as I opened the programme. the REGISTER your copy came up again! How many times does one HAVE to register the programme??

Certainly at least Five times it would appear? Because that is how many times I have had to seek out my registration e-Mail. And re-REGISTER, not register but re-REGISTER! THEN after searching for the CD I bought I realised I had nor received one?! I asked for one and was promised one would be sent out to me? Well certainly not seen one at this address.

OOH look! Just got a message about how much space CC can claw back for me! If ONLY it worked? Anyone able to offer any help please? Tried deleting and downloading and re-installing. That is uninstalling in several different ways! And it STILL insists on my registering at the next opportunity, despite the fact I have registered after installing the new version (sometimes several times.)

And then Piriform REDUCED the cost of the pro version.

Well sorry guys but I see no possible advantage to having the pro version as it simply does not work. Well compared to the FREE version anyway.

Sorry for griping and winging at nearly 60 you would think I may have stopped chucking my toys outa my pram? Well no, not quite yet it seems!
