In the course of a regular defrag, Defraggler will try to defrag $MFT, but it tries several times. While it tries, the UI becomes more and more bugged. The portion of the UI that is affected is the drive map portion, which devolves into strange patterns. After about 10 tries, Defraggler moves on, but $MFT stays fragmented.
Is this a defraggler issue, or a problem with my system? I doubt it is my system, because this has happened before and after a hard drive format.

EDIT: this is a 64 bit system with the 64 bit version of defraggler.
