problems with google page

I have a new computer for 4 days and I downloaded ccleaner and ran it.

after that, my google page has gone weird on chrome. I can only search from the adress bar, the search box is mising on the page.

what can it be and how can I get it back to normal?

What's the address of that Google page? Can you post a screenshot how it looks?
