I purchased ccleaner pro. After i download, i enter my license key and it says it cannot be found. I enter my email address under the license lookup and it says it cannot find my email address. It's the same email address clebridge sent my security key to. How do i fix this?
Are you sure that you haven't made any mistakes when entering your key (eg. mistaking letters for numbers, S and 5 maybe).
It is usually best to copy/paste it from the email.
If it's asking for your name as well as your key then that has to be the exact name that you registered when purchasing. (not your email or any other name).
However if your email address is also not recognised by the lookup tool then maybe there is a bigger problem.

Please be patient, it can take a while for your request to get to the front of the support queue.

Also note that sending more than one email to support can actually make the response slower.
That's because the automatic qeuing system collects all your emails together and puts them all as one to the back of the queue as one new request.
The system does that so that if your later emails have new information then they will all get opened and read at the same time.

im sorry but that is s***ty service .. so now we payed you guys for a produkt that dont work , and then we go back in the line because your service dont se os as paying costermers . New members if your key dont work, just cancel the payment ,, there probleme missing out of paying costermers

then maybe you can ask ccleaner what the problem is , because we do not get any answers .
You are providing a service for ccleaner so will it not be smart to get info for the ppl on this forum, we payed for a produkt that dont work and then we go back in line ..
Sorry if your feeling im attacking you , but when we dont get answers on mail this is the only place , and here we are just told to wait and our mails is not classed as important

No, we are experienced users of CCleaner, Recuva, and the other Piriform apps. providing help and advice to other users based on our experience.
We moderatorers are also trusted to take down spammers. so that other users don't get to see very much of it, and to generally tidy up the forum when needed.
We are not employees, we don't get paid, we do it voluntarily to help other users, (not to help the company), and we can just stop doing it anytime that we want to.
We have been around long enough that we also know how some things work with the Support and so can advise other users about that too.
That doesn't mean that we like how Support works any more than any other users,
but I am sure that you would rather have us telling you what we fo know of how things work at Support rather than just bring in the dark with no idea what is. or may be, happening with your request.
We only offer help and advice based on what we know - we do not have access to accounts or billing, only authorised Piriform employees can do that.
