I have recently purchased CCleaner pro 7, but After installing this CCleaner, I am having problems in opening up my ICICI Bank app in not only my mobile but in my laptop as well. Kindly look into the matter and advise method to avoid such situations. Now i want to make some payments through my ICICI bank online but the app is not opening giving a message that there is some risk by this CCleaner app.

You have posted in CCleaner for Android section but are talking about CCleaner 7 which is the latest Windows version.
Your bank security has most likely not been updated to recognise the new CCleaner 7 yet.
Edit, I see that you are also talking about a mobille phone app, and CCleaner for Android recently also had an update to v25.21
So I’d guess that you are seeing the same issue of the bank being slow to recognise that new version as well.
Try checking your banking app for updates first of all.
For the computer you could roll back to CCleaner v3.69 until the banking app catches up with CCleaner 7.

For the phone I don’t have any roll-back so if checking your banking app for updates hasn’t worked then I would say use your computer with CCleaner v6.39 until your bank does catch up with the new CCleaner versions.
Or disable CCleaner Android on the phone. (Or uninstall it if you want to be drastic).
