Are you meaning tthat you bought a new licence/subscription in May, but didn’t get an email with a new key?
If you used a different email address when buying your new licence in May then you should have been sent a new key.
If you did use a different email then that is the email address that you would have to enter into the lookup tool to find that new key.
(Note that people have been known to type their email in wrong when purchasing, which means the key is then sent to that incorrect address).
If you used the same email as before then I’m wondering if your old subscription has been renewed instead of issuing a new licence key?
If you put your old key into CCleaner then what date does it give for expiry?
