Problema contratación android y el móvil es IOS contrato 1 año

Hola buenas tardes tengo un problema “grave” contraté 1 año con CCleaner para Android y mi móvil funciona con el sistema operativo IOS y claro la limpieza del teléfono no es completa y se producen errores al limpiar el cache oculto por favor llevo con vosotros unas cuantas inscripciones y está la había contratado por 1 año por la confianza que me dais , si podéis ayudarme a cambiar mi descarga de Android a IOS sería genial , ayudenme por favor , saludos a tod@s

Sadly all ios installs and pro licenses go through Apple. The staff likely can do nothing for you, however i’ve made this thread public.

As Nergal says an Android subscription cannot be changed to an IOS one.

However if this was a recent purchase for CCleaner Android only (not a multi-device CCleaner Pro plus or Premium licence) then you might be able to cancel it and get your money back.

A single CCleaner Android is usually purchased in the Google Play Store, did you do it that way?
If so then you will need to contact Google to ask for a cancellation of the subscription, and then for a refund:

Muchas gracias por responder , si contraté a través de tienda Google voy a ver si puedo anular la suscripción y que me reembolsen el dinero y volver a contratar pero está vez con sistema operativo IOS , gracias por ayudarme les diré como me fue , gracias de nuevo sois geniales
