Problem with saving cookies

I am having some trouble saving certain cookies. The site uses it's own folder in the cookies area to save session cookies. When trying to find the cookies I see in the 'Cookies to Keep' area of CCleaner, those cookies don't show up. Nor does any cookie that is located in its own folder. So when I do a system clean these cookies get deleted.

How do I add them to the exclude list?

Hello Kender and welcome to the forum. Instructions for keeping cookies are here: http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/choosing-which-cookies-to-keep

Also, you can right click on the empty space on the right side (cookies to keep), click "Add", and manually enter the domain name. See if that works for you.

I don't think sites are supposed to or even aloud to create folders. Which browser version?

Edit: To note, I've been on the internet since 1995 and never have encountered a site which exhibits this behavior.

Right click ticked boxes ==> Keep / Add to Exclude. This should work. :-)
