Pretty Scared...

I was going through Spybot S&D's Startup utility when i saw this

Name: crypt32chain

command line: crypt32.dll

crypt32chain is not safe according to processlibrary's process database

crypt32.dll is safe according to processlibrary's process database

You could upload the file/files to Virus Total for a scan with 30 or so AV engines.

Virus Total

If they come up suspect then maybe follow the guide "Please Read This First" in the Spyware Hell part of this forum.

This is normally legit, what probably got results as being a trojan is crypt32chain.dll, which is not the same as what you described. Unless you've been noticing other malware related issues, your probably fine. Either way though, it couldn't hurt to follow Humpty's excellent advice.
