You could upload the file/files to Virus Total for a scan with 30 or so AV engines.
If they come up suspect then maybe follow the guide "Please Read This First" in the Spyware Hell part of this forum.

This is normally legit, what probably got results as being a trojan is crypt32chain.dll, which is not the same as what you described. Unless you've been noticing other malware related issues, your probably fine. Either way though, it couldn't hurt to follow Humpty's excellent advice.
