I would like permission to post CCleaner on my website that I have created. This file will be posted for my visitors and this will also give you a chance to attract more users of this program, please respond giving me permission to do so.
According to the download page you can host the Standard Build which does include the Yahoo Toolbar. Note: Also on that page it does mention that you do not have permission to host the Basic or Slim versions.
A solution is to let your site visitors choose which build they want just by linking to: http://www.CCleaner.com/download/builds
