Permanent activation of UAC

Hello, 

I'm using CCleaner laptop version 5.38.6357 and I'm having a problem.


Indeed, CCleaner on the main Windows account works perfectly well with the parameter UAC = 1.</span>

However when I run it from my 2nd UAC user account is disabled, I activate it and everything works fine.

But when I come back on the first account the UAC is deactivated again. 

Is not it possible that the UAC remains active regardless of the open Windows session?</span>
