After adding some programs, ESET & MalwareBytes, plus Firefox to a safe list to allow cleaning of Firefox Browser History, Performance Optimizer will not load. Says can not find the service to start. What do I check or change to see this part of the program?

Please could you check if the CCleaner Performance Optimizer Service is running and has a Startup type of Automatic under Windows Services settings.
If it is, then please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to use Performance Optimizer.
