Performance Optimizer - Something went wrong popup

Performance Optimizer does not work or has never work. I recently upgraded to the Pro version in hopes that I could have a software with all the bells and whisles. Well, some of the bells are not workking - Something went wrong pops up when I try to use Performance Optimizer.

CCleaner Professiona v6.19.10858 (64-bit)

Windows 11

Windows Defener (deactivated)

Windows Defender Firewall (allowed)

CCleaner64.exe run as an administrator

None of the the above changes anything. There is quite some traffic in the Forum about this issue and I could not see / find a solution.

I have the same issue, which I need to resolve so that I can fix the Office 365 aps not working issue. Help!!

I have the same issue - CCCleaner is preventing Office apps from running except in admin mode. When I attempt to run Performance Optimizer, I get the following error: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action." I have just purchased the full version in hope this would be resolved.
