When I attempt to use the Performance Optimizer to put running programs to sleep I get an error message.
The error message reads "Please reconnect to the internet" but the computer is already connected to the internet.

Are you using CCleaner Free?
You need to have Pro to put apps to sleep with Performance Optimizer.
If you have Free and try to use a Pro feature then it is supposed to show you an 'Upgrade to Pro to use this feature' message.
However at the moment v6.26 seems to sometimes be showing the wrong message and shows that 91613 error instead.
As I say on the thread that you linked I have already reported it to the staff for attention last Thursday, and I'll now add this thread to my report as well.
