Performance Optimizer doesn't work

The recommended settings are all applied but i get ERROR 2, can’t find the file. Tried the contact us form and it states that it thinks i’m a robot, refresh the page,. Done that several times still no luck. Never had problems before so a bit hacked off after having just renewed my Pro subscription.
Be easier if i could just email at Contact Us rather than going through all of this. Thinking of exercising my statutory rights and cancelling the whole thing.
