Performance Optimizer Causing Longer Startup Time

How do I disable or turn off Performance Optimizer? It has caused my startups to go from approx 20 seconds to almost 2 minutes to get all previously running programs started. I have not made any changes to my CCleaner setting and the only change was an update to CCleaner v6.32.11432 (64-bit). I’m running Windows 11 64-Bit Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎11/‎25/‎2024
OS build 22631.4751

Thanks!

You have quick start up enabled in bios?

I have never made any changes to my pc or ccleaner. The update to ccleaner v6.32.11432 was an automatc update.
Today I changed the file name “CCleanerPerformanceOptimizerService.exe” to “NOT_CCleanerPerformanceOptimizerService.exe”. Th boot time is back to what it was prior to the most recent ccleaner update.

Yes, renaming the exe that would disable the PO. (until the next CCleaner update when a new one would be put back with the correct name).

Which apps (if any) did you have set to sleep in PO?
It may be just sleeping a single one of them that was causing your slow boot issue.
