Payment went thru but status was declined

Hi ive made two payments for ccleaner and it says payment declined. However these two payments appeared in my card and theres no way im able to reference it back to my account as customer service is not replying at all and the system can not identify me thru my registered email. Can someone here help me please

No one from support is replying me

It had only been 30 hours between then and your first post here, less because of however long it took for you to email support.

The support is not an instant service, your emailed request will be in an an automated queue with all the other requests thay have been received.

Depending on how may other requests there are at any time then it can take days for a support request to reach the front of the queue and then get a reply from a support agent.

Plus as your email does not seem to be registerd then it may take even longer, - because you are not registered as a paying customer so your request will have a lower priority.

Sorry but you will need to be patient and wait for them to reply.
