Over 3 Weeks Still No Refund

I have opened another ticket after a couple weeks, gotten 2 responses to emails asking for more information on why i am requesting the refund (which i answered TWICE) and am still waiting for my refund to process. This is absolutely crazy and honestly makes me not want this product ever again and to steer as many people away as possible. Customer service on this has been terrible. The amount of hoops and just straight ignoring of any follow up emails is beyond the pale. Please assist here.
