If the public is completely absent in answering questions here, then your employees should be jumping in and answering them.
Personally i didn't answer because i don't use driver updater. I was against its addition, i find it (and all driver "updaters") dangerous. It is blind to build, so if you have a driver on windows 10 saying there's a update but, in reality, it is a driver for win11.
I have no unknown drivers so have no way of testing your question. I assume most USERS feel the same as me.
Ccleaner employees have rarely interacted with the forum, every so often they send some helpers, but they usually fade after 6 months or a year and things go back to us USERS having to answer questions, or not be able to as in your case.
