Ok I'm sorry if someone already asked this question, but I just found nothing on the internet. Simple question :
Is optimizing the SSD with Defraggler good? If no, why? I know that it's unnecessary to defrag a SSD but what about optimize ?
optimise does a TRIM which is good to do every now & then.
if your OS is > Windows 7, an optimise is by default scheduled for every month.
