Using latest ver 1.23.569 on Windows 7 x64 on a Sony VAIO T-series laptop.
This issue has been happening for some time now, but it seems that scrolling up is a bit buggy on my system when using Speccy. Scrolling down works fine, but once I begin to scroll up the page will jump up multiple lines (think of page-up key). It also only seems to happen if I set Vertical Scrolling in Mouse Properties to 1 line at a time, which is my preferred setting since my mouse is a bit sensitive.
