Did you pay for a second CCleaner subscription?
There should be no need to do that, your existing licence key should work in both v6 and v7.
(It would be unlawful to effectively terminate existing paid for licences before their expiry date).
If you have bought a second subscription in error then I’d suggest contacting support and requesting that the new one is cancelled and refunded.
Alternatively you can ask for a ‘Licence Merge’ to get the times remaining on each merged onto one licence.
