Many people don't understand/know what files are being defragmented during a boot-time defrag. Hence they never run it when it may be useful. If there are files, defragmented during boot-time defrag, that are fragmented there could be a notification displayed that a boot-time defrag MAY be useful.
I think it is a good idea to notify,
BUT ONLY upon the conclusion of a normal defrag or scan when the information is instantly known.
I would not like the delay each morning if the start-up included a disc analysis to decide whether to notify.

Yes I meant that after you click the analyze button the notification would pop up, if applicable. So you have to invoke the operation by opening Defraggler and then analyzing. It would be pretty pointless to have it run at startup becuase most people will only need to do a boot-time defrag once.
Defraggler must show locked files with a different color.
And then suggest boot-time or offline (unmounted) defrag method.
