I've been using CCleaner freeware for years. My operating system is Windows 10, and there's one device involved, a laptop.
Control Panel says I had an update, version 5.30, installed on 5/18/17. I guess it was a couple of days ago that I got notice that an update was available. I went to the table where features of freeware, and upgrades are listed. Scrolled down to "download" the freeware update, and pressed the download button. As it turns out, I can't update what is offered to me, 5.30, because I already have it. Another page was offering an upgrade. I scampered off to download and install the update to 5.30. And so, I am here, wondering what is going on.
Thank you for your attention to this,
Taksasha
There are two 5.30 versions.
5.30.6063 was first on the 16 May, then there was a minor update to 5.30.6065 on the 23 May.
Maybe confusingly the installer for both was just called "ccsetup530.exe"
Just download the latest one and run it, you will see the .6063 has changed to .6065 when you next launch CCleaner.

Thank you for your reply. When I press "save" and am asked if I wish to replace the other update installation with this one, I'll do that. Very pleased, Taksasha
