I was looking at ccleaner and noticed there are a bunch of options on the Systems tab to clean.
It goes like clipboard, memory dumps, chkdsk file fragments, windows log files. I was wondering if they were important?

All safe to delete, but down to personal choice as to whether one wants to do that. If you're still concerned about any of them, just post back, or if you'd prefer, just uncheck that item.
