Not getting any response from Customer Support

Hi, I kept getting notifications my license was expiring so I purchased a new license and applied it but it wiped out the remaining 2 months of my old license. I sent a customer support request via the link within the Ccleaner program which states you'll get a confirmation email, which I didn't. That was a good few days ago now so I sent another request today and again no confirmation. When I look at Ccleaner website I can't see that you can even contact customer support anymore. Is something going on at this company? How do you get support? Thanks.

Thank you for the link but I have submitted via that form twice now without confirmation or reply. What is the current wait time? Thanks.

I'm still waiting for so-called Support to answer my query submitted some seven weeks ago. Regular reminders have been sent but the response is always the same - zilch. Do they actually exist or are they just a black hole?
