Instead of defragging the whole drive I defrag only the files. It's very fast.
Just tick ☑Filename and defrag.
The result is always zero frag and an empty list. Try it. If afterward you still have a list and wish to post it, these images will guide you.
Only if your list is very long, please use the code box <> in the forum Reply to this topic panel to conserve space. If the list is short don't bother with the code box.

windows is like a messy child, defragging is cleaning up for the child, the second you are done (and often while you do) the child starts to play and leaves things places.
