Not clearing caches

The app isn’t clearing caches, even when I select every single app. I’m having to go in and do it manually. No problems sleeping apps

I’m using Android version 25.17.0

Are you on a samsung devices, (others with samsung latest update have reported similar)

OneUI version 8.0, Android version 16, with the most recent update being a security patch September 1

I am having the same problem - getting System error (device not supported) - after cleaning completes. On UI 8.0 Android version 16.

Same here on my Galaxy s25+. What are we supposed to do?

Good we (the users on this site) have a data point finally. Samsung may have made changes CCleaner android has not caught up with. CCleaner runs fine on my Pixel 6 Pro with android 16 QPR1. So this seems to be related to the samsung devices.
