I have CCleaner Pro and have set up the monitoring to clean Internet Explorer on exiting. I'm using Windows 8.1 and IE 11. This has worked perfectly for at least the last year, but yesterday I noticed that it no longer cleans. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is not cleaning. I'm not sure what else to try. If anyone has any suggestions I would sure appreciate it.

apart from the cosmetic changes, there seems to be some actual problems with v5, for example, one being installing in languages other than English.
since you have the Pro version, you can get priority support directly from Piriform which would be faster then waiting for a member to respond on this forum.
in the meantime, downloading the latest v4 version from FileHippo will get you going again.
in the upgrade to v5, have you checked no options you had set were changed?
Thanks for responding. I have checked my settings and nothing was changed. I guess it's time to try their support. If that doesn't help I will go back to version 4. Thanks for the suggestions.
Me too. Using version 5.01.5075 (64-bit) on windows 8.1. Some history not being cleaned. Particularly craigslist, which seems to have been a problem for a long time, judging by old posts. If craigslist is a problem, there may be other sites with there history retained that I'm not aware of. What is different and why doesn't ccleaner work ?
Is craigslist history retained by different tactics?
Is it never going to be fixed?
