Not Cleaning History Anymore?

Hi all,

I have IE10 (Windows 7 64) and have noticed on the last 2 (I think) updates to CCleaner my history isn't deleted anymore. If I run CC after browsing then go back to a page I have previously been on the link is still purple and have to go to Internet Options in the Windows Control Panel to remove history. Will this be fixed because I much preferred it when CC done it all.
