Not cleaning Browsers, logs, cache, cookies, etc

This install on new Windows 11 PC also has ESET and MalwareBytes running, lack of cleaning may be related to these programs. The system 7.0.1010.0, need to have better format to send to the community. I see Save Edit, and others but no send button. Is this getting out there?

yes you are posting correctly in both this and your other topic

Describe please, how you’re seeing they aren’t cleaning. and anti-malware might be a problem, but I need to see a little more information about your issue.

Nergal, in the Custom Clean it is not cleaning browsers I have png screen shots. I do not see how to upload these. Send a link where I could attach. I will try in my msn.com email also.

Sadly, admin have made tech support difficult and haven’t made it for new users to post images. One of the other mods, @nukecad has a way of finessing new accounts to be allowed (something about rank) but I still have yet figured it out.

Because 7 doesn’t have custom locations for browsers (that i’ve found) I only have edge listed in browsers, and 7 cleans that fine. Make sure that the browsers are killed by using windows’ task manager.
