Not clean avira anti virus

New version is now install my computer,but now the ccleaner no clean the Avira anti virus,so please fix this problem!Thanks!

What is it not cleaning of Avira 9?

Are you using xp or vista?

I can confirm. AntiVir Personal Edition ver. 9.0.0.14 running on Windows XP Pro SP3

This is the CCleaner built-in routine (not working):

This is the one i added by myself in winapp2.ini (working):

Note: Although it's included by CCleaner, i think should be better exclude the BACKUP\FAILSAFE folder,

since AFAIK it contains some backup files, needed to restore AntiVir in case of infection. Please developers investigate.

that mean the ccleaner running cleans,after finish cleaned,then no clean Avira anti virus log files,I use Windows XP operating system!
