I assume that you are meaning the Premium chat support?
If ever you get chatting to a bot then saying, or typing, the word “Agent” (you may have to repeat it a couple of times) should get you transferred to a real person - if there are any available.

That should generate an automatic email reply,
However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get an email reply from a real person.
