I assume that you are meaning the Premium chat support?
If ever you get chatting to a bot then saying, or typing, the word “Agent” (you may have to repeat it a couple of times) should get you transferred to a real person - if there are any available.

That should generate an automatic email reply,
However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get an email reply from a real person.
Where do I find the chat support? At the moment the support page seems pretty useless. And CCleaner is not a cheap subscription.
If you fill out the form at https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general you will be given the prompt to chat, if the bot doesn’t help (which as a whole bots are useless), tell it you want a real human, tell it a couple of times and you should get a fleshie
