Not able to Recover Files

Hi,

I purchased the Product and tried recovering the files (images) that were deleted from an external hard drive using Recuva. I was able to get the files but all the files seem to be corrupted as I am not able to open any images.

How to get my images back as they were very important images. Please help me to get my files back.

If you didn’t have a backup, you completely lost your files. I’m so sorry. Bad formatted files are the most commonly way of losing for sure an indd file
