Ever since they added it, every so often the Vault will lock.
After various action that fail, they ask if I have any security (sic) software loaded, including Ccleaner.
After uninstalling it, altering the registry and or target file names, then restarting, the Vault is working.
Happened again last week, before 4.03 upgrade.
