I have submitted 3 requests about my subscription over a week ago and there has not been one response to any of them, so i figured i would try the forum as there seems to be activity here. Please advise on how I can upgrade my current subscription.

Yes, and there is nothing there. I scan both inbox and spam looking for replies.
