No right click option?

The ONLY way I have to enable right-click context menu defraggling, is if I am clean installing Defraggler.

If I try to save settings to .ini file, the right-click option disappears. Permanently. Even when I try unchecking "Save settings to .ini".

I would like a way to re-enable the context menu (without re-installing).

Edit: This is on Defraggler 2.09 under 32 Bit 7
