No response to my subscription cancellation

I have gotten no response for my request to cancel my 60 days trial

And i wonder how long it will take??? Yet again i have not recieved an email

As it says i have no email linked but my credit is. I have my license key if it could help please respond immediately i need to cancel it but i havent recieved cleverbridge code. If someone could reach out to ******** quickly i will respond.
