No response from CCleaner - Windows Pro and Android Pro

After 3 weeks of no response what should I do to get a response from these sharks!!
They deliberately make it difficult to get a response and then they feel justified to keep taking your subscriptions!!
I emailed with Miguel 3 weeks ago about duplicated accounts but nothing since even with x2 references created and MANY emails - IGNORED!!

So can you kindly cancel this new one for the Android and then I can add it to Android from the original account for windows, if I understood correctly?

Can I also add my wifes Android from the Windows account also??

We have no access to accounts.

As you are already in contact with a support agent - or not as it seems the case may be - then I don’t see what we can do to help here?
If we users can’t help with whatever the problem is then we suggest that people contact support.

So there isn’t much we can do here other than to suggest that if the agent has stopped replying tou you then you need to raise a new ticket?

Hi NukeCad.

I have raised another x2 tickets with references since the first, but NOTHING from them!!

The first response was detailed and Miguel seemed very helpful, so I assumed it would be resolved within the week? How wrong can I be?
Now there is nothing at all?
Is there another way to contact them?

No other way, that form and direct email to support@ccleaner.com are the options for CCleaner Pro.

If you have CCleaner Premium then there is also supposed to be 24/7 ‘live chat’ available, but from reports here that can also be patchy as to whether it’s working or not.
