No reply and refund

Hello there,

I’ve tried the free trial recently (like everyone else I suppose). I’ve canceled it a few days before the end, but it seems like it didn’t work. I had to pay my year’s subscription and I didnt want to. I’ve tried to reach the support twice for a week now, and no reply. I kind of hope to have an answer in here, because I saw someone with the same problem which got resolved.

Hello,

I have suffered the same issue as when I click to manage my account it asks for my email and my “CleverBridge reference number” but I cannot find this number anywhere in my email. I don’t want to pay for a years subscription, so I am asking for help here. I do not know if it is possible or not, but is my account able have this free trail removed so i do not have it and wont have to pay anymore for the years subscription as I don’t want to purchase it.

Please help. I will try to reach support in the meantime.
