Cuando quiero optimizar mi rendimiento o instalar mis controladores, me figura que no tengo Internet.

That message simply means that for some reason you cannot connect to the server required.
But just to make sure are you connected to the internet when it is saying that?
Another reason why you might see that message is if your AntiVirus/firewall is blocking connection to the server.
Which Antivirus are you using?
