buenas tardes, alguien me puede decir si es normal que el soporte tarde mas de una semana en contestar una incidencia, no tengo contestacion ninguna sobre el error

Добрый день. Извините за беспокойства. Может я не туда написал ИЗВИНИТЕ . Или скажите к кому обратиться . В тех. поддержку писал отправляют на стандартные категории как устанавливать лиц-ю и тд. и тп. Но ни чего не получается или что-то упускаю и не могу установить У меня ошибку выдает ALPHA ( 0 - 10000003) Я переустанавливал программу а она постоянно выкидывает мне чтобы я активировал лицензию. номер лиц-ии ввожу и все занова . А ключ на телефон поставил без проблем. Заранее Спасибо

After some further checking by the staff it appears that it is not the international sanctions causing the issue for this user.

The Alpha 0x100000030 message is due to not being able to connect to the licence server to activate the key.
