No/expired license key for professional

I signed up for professional ccleaner and have been billed £39.95 on the 12th. I had to reinstall ccleaner but it won’t recognise any license key. It was registered before being uninstalled, and that is when I signed up for the professional version. I put my license key in but all it says now is that it has been expired!

I sent an support email 3 months ago with no reply.

Help will be much appreciated.

I’m not quite following the timeline there -

You say that you signed up for and were billed for CCleaner Pro on the 12th (which is 3-days ago) but emailed support about it 3-months ago.

When was it that you uninstallled/reinstalled CCleaner? (Was it registered as Pro before you uninstalled it?)
Was it when you uninstalled/reinstalled that the key stopped working?
Or is it only after the new billing that it has stopped working?

Was the billing for a subscription renewal?
Did the billing result in a payment actually being taken?

PS. Support appears to be unreachable at the moment, but if we can work out what happened then it will be easier to tell them what you want fixed when they are available again.
