No email with Licence key

I purchased CCleaner Professional and paid via PayPal. However, I have not received the activation key to this day, and I also cannot recover it via email. It seems that no email address was registered.
I have proof of payment, but it seems that no one can clarify how I can obtain the professional license.

It sounds that you may have mistyped your email address when purchasing, so the licence key and other details have been sent to a non-existing address.

People mystyping their own address when purchasing happens more often than you might think.

We do not have access to accounts/billing/licencing here, this is a user forum.

You will need to contact support for licencing and account issues.

Unfortunately Support is currently unreachable.
It’s been that way for days now and we have no idea why the site is “temporarily unavailable” or when it will be fixed.

You could try emailing support@ccleaner.com
However I have no idea if those are still being answered while the support website is down?

Once the support site comes back you can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending the form is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you may not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
