I took the offer for the 60 day trial to update some stuff but now I can’t seem to cancel the subscription. I never received an email confirming the trial, and I also am unable to find a way to cancel this before being billed since I don’t have the Cleverbridge code that was supposed to be sent. I don’t want to wait to be billed to become a “customer” just to ask for a refund. I can’t even see the email I used to set up the trial anywhere, so I can’t even be sure that I made a mistake and this information will be sent to someone else. Can anyone help? I’m tired of talking to chat bots.

If you haven’t already then you will need to raise a ticket with support.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.
If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, particularly if your CCleaner isn’t showing as registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support.
