I have not received any registration email or receipt after starting the 30-day trial of CCleaner. I left an IBAN to pay after 30 days, but since I have not received any email I have NO possibility to manage or cancel my subscription.
I went here: https://www.ccleaner.com/it-it/subscription-management and it asks me for a cleverbridge key that I have never received by email.
So how can I manage my subscription if I do not have the possibility to access this page? I repeat, I have not received any email with any CleverBridge key, not even in SPAM.
At this moment I have an active license with a 30-day trial that I cannot change or cancel if I wanted to.
Kindly I would like to find a solution as soon as possible.

If you message me back once you have done this I can find your request and have it responded to quickly.
You can browse arount your local store, you may be able to try products on display (a free trial) but you are not a customer until you actually buy something.
Whilst we can flag issues for a member of staff to look at it is something that we do sparingly for particularly unusual or urgent issues.
At the moment your issue is neither unusual or urgent, you are just missunderstanding how sotware free trials work.
Currently you have a free trial, a free trial is not a subscription, you have not paid for a subscription yet, so you do not (yet) have any subscription to be managed.
If you want to purchase before your free trial has ended then click the button to do so and you will then have a subscription to be managed.
(Yours may look different to this but the 'Buy now' option will be there somewhere).

Otherwise simply wait for the trial to reach it's end, when it does you will (should) be asked again if you want to continue and make your purchase or not.
That is the way that most software free trials work, for any software.
What you are saying is incredibly incorrect. On any platform and for any other service, from the moment the free trial starts, you are an effective customer. In any case I just want to know how to receive the cleverbridge within 30 days, otherwise it is clearly a scam and I will have to take legal actions. Being you a moderator, don't you have a way to report my problem to whoever it may concern?
I'm not sure how that particular trial works - but I suspect that you will not get a Cleverbridge reference until a payment is actually taken from you.
If you think about it you are not their "customer" until that payment happens.
Sorry, explain better, I register with my email address for a 30-day trial. I am not sent any email from you but a license is activated anyway, which expires after 30 days and I will be forced to pay for the software subscription. Coincidentally I do not receive any email with any "Cleverbridge" code, or anything (but the forum registration email arrived), and now you tell me that I have to contact support and it could take a long time because I did not pay and I started the 30-day trial?. How long would this "A lot of time" be?, would it be the time needed to let the trial expire and have the license paid automatically? because if so it smells like a scam to me.
Failing that then you will need to contact support, and if you are not registered as a paying customer then you are not a priority and it can take quite a long time for them to reply.
