I keep getting a popup message that says "There is no disc in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk2\DR2" If I try to close the message it keeps coming back until finally it goes away and then the program seems to work ok. But everytime I open CCleaner it comes back. Any ideas how to get rid of it? I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it won't go away. See pic of the message attached.
What happens if you insert a blank cd into your cd drive and then run ccleaner?
I've never seen that for a hard disk before, however after burning a CD/DVD if programs start producing that "No Disk Error" I reboot the computer to get rid of that error from popping up in programs.
Do you get this on running or opening CC? If running, which sections, Cleaner or Registry or Drive Wipe or other? Do you have anything in the Include/Exclude sections that point to the disk drive? I can't imaging why you should, but it needs checking.
