No cashback after purchasing CCleaner Premium package

I purchased a CCleaner Premium package for 2 years with a cashback promise. I have confirmation of my cashback claim and 30 working days have passed since then but I have not received cashback. When will I get it?

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).

It’s been five months since my purchase and no cash back. It may not exist.

I followed the advice from Nukecad above and although it was a bit of a faff when the chatbot said they couldn’t help with cashback queries, I asked to be connected to the correct support and after a 10-minute wait a human appeared on the chat. I gave them the details and ref. no. and they made the refund immediately. Apparently it was down to a “technical glitch”! At least I got my cashback. Give it a try.
