To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the âLive Chatâ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI canât help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).
Itâs been five months since my purchase and no cash back. It may not exist.
I followed the advice from Nukecad above and although it was a bit of a faff when the chatbot said they couldnât help with cashback queries, I asked to be connected to the correct support and after a 10-minute wait a human appeared on the chat. I gave them the details and ref. no. and they made the refund immediately. Apparently it was down to a âtechnical glitchâ! At least I got my cashback. Give it a try.
